External Ballistic Calculator is a comprehensive app designed for recreational long range shooters. It is compatible with both large caliber firearms and airguns, providing valuable assistance in calculating hold overs and scope settings for long range shots. Available on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, this app offers a wide range of features to enhance your shooting experience.
With External Ballistic Calculator, you can accurately calculate targeting using either Imperial units (grain, in, yard) or Metric units (gram, mm, meter). The app supports different elevation systems, including Mil-MRAD, MOA, and click. It also provides range cards and a useful list of bullets for reference.
One of the standout features of this app is its compatibility with both first focal plane and second focal plane reticles. Additionally, it offers a built-in rangefinder and allows for Coriolis Correction. You can even utilize the app to calculate Spot On Ballistic for Nikon scopes or use the Ballistic Calculator specifically designed for Meopta scopes.
The User Interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate through the various features. You can effortlessly change distance by tapping on the distance amount or using the increase/decrease buttons. For smoother adjustments in distance, simply push and hold the increase/decrease buttons (available on iOS) or double tap them (available on WatchOS).
Managing your list of bullets is a breeze with this app - simply swipe left to delete any unwanted entries. And when working with the Ballistic Calculator, you can easily select columns by tapping on the column headers.
External Ballistic Calculator offers a premium subscription that provides access to all features. With automatic renewal enabled, you can enjoy uninterrupted access to this powerful tool. However, you have the option to disable auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Please note that your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
